We offer investors an opportunity to be involved in our projects by way of equity investment. Equity investors are the cornerstone of any project and offer an excellent way to become involved right from the start of the project investment cycle. 

We are continually evaluating projects of various types at all times. Various project choices are available to investors to suit their needs and requirements. 

As an equity investor you may have as little or as much involvement in the project as you choose. At a minimum a monthly critical report and meeting will be held to keep investors up to date on the project. 

Identifying and evaluating the particular type of project your business requires is a critical step. We can help you through this detailed evaluation process.

Before any project commences a detailed risk assessment is carried out to determine if the project is feasible from an early stage. Further and more detailed analysis is conducted should the project move forward and all information is provided to the investor. 

Our projects offer a fixed return to our investors thus removing the development risk for early stage equity investors.
